Calcium and Magnesium, in the preferred 2:1 ratio, is bonded with natural citric acid to aid in mineral absorption for people with insufficient stomach acid. Adequate calcium and vitamin D throughout life, as part of a well-balanced diet, may reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

Suggested Use:
Use only as directed. Take 3 tablets once or twice daily, with a meal or glass of water. Store in a cool, dry place.
