Shipping Policy
Order are shipped in 1-2 business days.
At the present time we are only shipping to US locations. Shipping cost will be calculated in the shopping cart. Free shipping for order over $49.00 within the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America.
Our free shippng will be shipped USPS or UPS.
You can change the shipping method but you may incure a cost.
PO Box or APO/FPO
Shipments to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses will be shipped USPS only.
It is your responsibility to check with your Customs off to make sure your county permits the shipment of products you purchased. Customs regulation vary by country and without knowing the policies, you may be subject to high import duties , your order being returned,or a delay in delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and other us zip codes
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and other us zip codes are shipped USPS.
Order Tracking
Online tracking is available for all orders.
Orders returned with incorrect address, missing apartment/suite/office number etc. will be charged another shipping fee if reshipped. If order is canceled when returned you will not receive credit on shipping.
Backorders
In the event of a backorder we will contact you. We will ship the items we have in stock and ship the backorders when available. The backorders will be shipped at our expense.
Tax
All order shipped in the state of Alabama will be charged 9% sales tax. We will not charge sales tax to orders shipped outside of Alabama.
